Solutions Broadcast Media Group has entered into an agreement to be acquired by a yet to be announced public-held firm. Terms of the agreement are subject to standard closing conditions.

In the interim, past radio audits including the Winter 2010 (January 1 - March 26) audit will continue to have full client relations support.
